您睡的好嗎?睡眠每天都得做的,可是睡眠的品質好與不好,那每個人就不一樣,天差地別,黃帝內經這本書裡頭有非常多的道家以及醫學上的理論,那麼它的第一篇也就是黃帝內經的素問第一篇,叫做上古天真論,上古天真論裡頭提到了一句非常重要的話,上古之人其知道者法於陰陽和於術數,食飲有節起居有常,不妄作勞,故能形與神俱而盡終其天年度百歲乃去,意思是說上古的人,他們知道道的人,他們都會根據天地的陰陽的變化,根據天地的五行變化而對他的起居有所法有所本,所以他們懂得食飲有節起居有常,就是他們知道,吃要吃的正確,睡眠跟起床都要非常的正確。

可是黃帝時代的今時之人,就是那個時候的現代人,卻忘記了上古之人的知道者的法於陰陽和於術數的,結果他們就逆餘生樂起居無節,意思是說只想到快樂,只想到玩樂,而不知道起居應該有常,反而是起居無節,因此,他們就活不了向上古之人那樣子度百歲乃去,那麼黃帝內精的第二篇,也就素問的第二篇,叫做四氣調神大論,四氣調神大論裡投,就告訴了我們,春天、夏天、秋天、冬天,四個季節的睡眠都要有一定的睡眠時間。

例如他講,春三月,春天的這三個月裡面,要夜臥早起,就是要比較晚一點睡,但是要早點起床,夏三月,也是夜臥早起,晚睡早起,秋天的時候就要早臥早起,早點睡早一點起床,到了冬天卻要早臥晚起,就要早點睡晚點起,意思是說古時候的人他們是完全按照天地運行的陰陽五行而起之以及作勞,起居就是起床睡眠還有作勞,就是說去工作去勞動等等,都是一定的按照一個一定的規矩,那麼所以古時候的人才能夠活的自在,活的好,因為他讓他自己同化於宇宙,同化於天地。

流傳百年的臭豆腐 對人體有益嗎?

臭豆腐聞起來很臭,吃起來卻有一股獨特的「香」味,令人食慾大開;老外對它敬而遠之,卻是我們的國民美食。

然而,臭豆腐特殊的臭味和發酵製作的過程,讓人擔心它對健康不利。臭豆腐到底對人體有沒有好處?怎樣吃才健康?

臭豆腐的起源
據說在清朝康熙八年,有個舉子叫王致和,從安徽不遠萬里上京趕考,卻不幸落榜。王致和盤纏不足,回不了鄉,思量之後乾脆重操家傳舊業,在京城賣豆腐維生。

有一天,王致和豆腐做多了,不巧來買的人很少,剩下許多。天氣炎熱,眼看豆腐要變餿,王致和不想浪費糧食,於是決定將剩的豆腐做成腐乳。他將豆腐切塊,配以鹽和香料,封入罈子裡。

過了許多日,王致和打開罈子,卻見豆腐臭氣熏天、顏色奇異,跟腐乳相差甚遠。試嚐一口,竟然十分美味;拿到店鋪試賣,沒想到很快吸引了許多買者,結果這「臭豆腐」就此流傳開來。

清末時,慈禧太后偶然吃到臭豆腐,也對它十分喜愛,還賜名「御青方」。

近年流行的「黑色臭豆腐」
臭豆腐流傳了幾百年,始終不脫傳統樣式,近年來台灣還流行起「黑色臭豆腐」,可見臭豆腐在民眾心中的地位有增無減。

遠離塵囂的三義龍騰鎮,因龍騰斷橋而聞名。來到龍騰斷橋緬懷古蹟的遊客,大都不會錯過品嚐附近著名的特產「黑皮臭豆腐」。黑的發亮的臭豆腐是店家老闆特別到中國大陸學習,然後發展出適合台灣人口味的獨門配方。

店家老闆娘表示,他們家的黑皮臭豆腐是按照古法研製,以十多種特殊中藥及植物經半年以上自然發酵產生的臭滷水來浸泡製成。而且浸泡前還需先將豆腐表皮做特殊處理,使它在高溫油炸時表現出黑皮臭豆腐外酥內嫩、愈臭愈香的獨特口感。

至於,它的皮為什麼會是黑的呢?老闆娘回應:「它是中藥與豆腐結合而自然形成的顏色,不是用色素染出來的,也不是用化學或葷滷水所製的。

臭豆腐有3大益處
跟醬油、豆豉、納豆等許多豆製品一樣,臭豆腐屬於豆類發酵製品。做法是:將素食材搭配香料,天然發酵數月,製成臭滷水;然後把豆腐浸泡在滷水中,讓其中的細菌、真菌分解豆腐中的蛋白質,進而使豆腐的組織變得鬆弛,並散發出臭                                                                                                        味。在不同地區,臭豆腐的具體做                                                                                                        法和成品也有著不小的差異。

天然發酵而成的臭豆腐,對人體有如下益處:

● 在發酵過程中,豆腐會產生多種具有特殊香味的、對人體有益的有機酸、醇、脂、氨基酸等物質,這些物質易於消化吸收,還可增進食慾。

● 臭豆腐含有植物性乳酸菌,也是一種發酵產物,能夠調節腸胃功能,提升免疫力。

● 發酵後的臭豆腐還會產生豐富的維生素B12。維生素B12可以促進新陳代謝、維護血液和神經系統的健康,減緩大腦老化。

臭豆腐中是否含有害成分?
雖然發酵過程使臭豆腐產生了許多營養成分,但同時也產生了硫化氫、胺類等蛋白質分解後的腐敗物,可能對人體有害。

輔仁大學食品科學系兼任講師文長安曾撰文表示,越臭的臭豆腐,害處越大。因為味道臭的豆腐中含有更多的離胺酸(lysine),離胺酸雖然是必須胺基酸,但當它與還原醣共同加熱,會產生毒性物質AGE,具有致癌性。而臭豆腐越臭,也意味著其中氨、揮發性胺類、屍鹼等物質更多,對於身體都不是很好。

另外需要注意的是,臭豆腐在製作過程中,對環境的溫度和濕度要求很高,掌握不好就容易發生微生物污染。食用時就可能引起腸胃道疾病。

吃臭豆腐,需要注意4點
想要品嚐美味又兼顧健康的臭豆腐,不妨留意以下四點:

1. 不要買臭味太重的臭豆腐;

2. 選正規廠家製作的臭豆腐,潔淨度比較有保障;

3. 注意油炸油的品質,避免多次油炸後油脂劣變;

4. 少吃油炸臭豆腐和醬料太多的臭豆腐,因為油炸、特別是反覆油炸會破壞食物養分,增加熱量,甚至產生致癌物;而太鹹的臭豆腐含鈉量高,對於高血壓、腎臟病病人尤其不利。

臭豆腐是民間特色的小吃美食

 

 

在不同地區的料理方式,均有相當大的差異,蒸、煮、烤、炸、紅燒都有,鹹、辣也各擅其長;在台灣普遍的烹調方法是:油炸臭豆腐、清蒸臭豆腐和臭豆腐麻辣鍋等。無論哪一種都各有特色,希望這項傳統美食在兼顧健康的潮流下,能繼續發揚光大。@*

陰陽水是什麽?

宋美齡的不傳養生秘方!

日積月累,這些食物殘渣最終形成厚達5-7毫米,重達5-6公斤的黑色、惡臭、有毒的物質,並像「銹」一樣牢牢地粘連在腸壁上。
 
其堅硬程度與輪帶相似,它們慢慢侵蝕著我們的身體,人們習慣稱之為宿便。
這些宿便堆積在腸道內發酵、腐敗,並不斷產生各種毒素、毒氣,
被腸粘膜吸收到血液並輸送到身體各個細胞。
 
首先造成腸內環境惡化、腸胃功能紊亂,既而引發內分泌失調、新陳代謝紊亂,最後引發各種病症,促使人體衰老與死亡。 可以毫不誇張地說,腸道問題是人體萬病之源。

一,陰陽水清腸方

過夜之涼開水250cc當時燒沸的熱開水250cc鹽2/1小匙(搖勻即成)。
 
1,為什麼要用過夜的涼開水呢?燒開的水在涼後放一個晚上,會吸收夜間天地靈氣而恢復其「陰性」的生命活力,可以調理人體的一切「陽性」疾病。
 
2,而煮沸的熱開水為「陽」水,可以調治身體一切的「陰性」疾病。
 
3,此即《易經》所說「一陰一陽之謂道」也。鹽則俱有潔凈、殺菌、消毒、排毒等功能。
 
4,用鹽來融化堅硬之宿便、消滅腸內之細菌、凈化腹中之毒素,用「陰陽水」來調理身體之陰陽、平衡腸胃之虛火、沖洗腸內之宿便。蓋此理也!
 

二,服用方法

 1,早上5一7點鐘,在一個小時內將500cc調好比例的「陰陽水」分二至三口飲完,一大口一大口地喝。
 
2,間隔期間可自然站立,以兩膝為中心使身體上下抖動。
 
3,為什麼要5一7點鐘飲用「陰陽水」蓋此為卯時也。卯時人體氣血行大腸經,此時大腸吸收功能最佳故也。
 
4,為什麼要大口飲而不是小口喝?小口喝水因流速慢,水會被胃消化而成小便。
大口喝水因流速快,水才會直接入腸清洗腸道、分解宿便。喝完後身體上下抖動,是為增加大腸的蠕動而儘快排便。
 

三,開始連續三天,可基本排完宿便

1,隔十二天再排一次,以後一個月至少排一次。
 
2,因十二天是人體與宇宙陽陰交換的一個小週期,二十四至三十天則是人體與宇宙節律對應的一個完整週期。每個人的週期都不一樣、但都在24天到30天之內,這與女性的生理週期完全一致!

 四,服用效果

 1,會排出黑色之宿便。
2,肚腩會變小、腰變細。
3,臉上之各種斑、痘會逐漸消失,晦暗無華之臉會變得光彩奪目。
4,有口臭、體臭者變好。
5,胃口變好、不再便秘。
6,指甲上不正常的「月牙」會恢復正常。

濕 症

濕疹患者通常是皮膚頻密地痕癢和發炎,並出現在面部、手腕,手肘,背部和膝蓋的內側。皮膚會變紅、乾燥和變厚,更可能滲出液體和爆裂。任何年齡的人也有機會患上濕疹。很多情況下,濕疹是過敏反應所致。

很多濕疹患者大都通過經年累月的治療未獲痊癒,患者常常失去信心。由於此病發病原因極為複雜,給治療帶來困難。患者應該與醫師合作,建立治癒信心,儘可能避免各種可疑致病因素,如熱水洗燙、過多使用肥皂、用力搔抓及外用藥不當等。生活上注意避免精神緊張、過度勞累,食物中勿食辣椒、魚、蝦、蟹或濃茶、咖啡、酒類,衣被不宜用絲、毛及化纖等製品,平時保持大便通暢,睡眠充足,冬季注意皮膚清潔及潤澤。這些都可減少濕疹的複發,達到治癒的目的.

濕疹反覆發作的原因

1.發病原因多且複雜,生活壓力,精神緊張多種因素也會濕疹反覆發作

2.自身免疫系統紊亂,身體皮膚對外界物質的刺激引致有過度反應

3.激素的濫用:患者為追求快速療效,例如不恰當的使用類固醇,致使病情反覆一次比一次加重。

4.用藥不當:慢性濕疹的治療選擇藥物至關重要,西藥目前只能起到一個對症治療和緩解病情的作用,停用易複發。

5.食物,空氣污染,衣服物料刺激等等。

患處皮膚浸潤增厚,變成暗紅色及色素沉著。持久不愈時,皮損紋變粗大,表現乾燥而易發生皸裂。自覺劇烈瘙癢。嚴重患者會形成、紅斑、丘疹、丘皰疹或水皰密集成片,易滲出,境界不清,周圍散在小丘疹、丘皰疹,常伴糜爛、結痂。

如繼發感染,可出現膿包或濃痂。

自然療法治療方法
